Handle and prioritize all outgoing and incoming correspondence (Email, Letters, Packages, etc.)
Dealing with clients queries through E-mail and Phone.
Schedule and maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically.
Making sure that filing system is accurate, complete soft and hard copies (through GOOGLE DRIVE) and provides administrative support to Managers and Owners.
Ensures business reminders are well reminded early in the morning or ahead of time.
Attends reception requirements courteously.
Meet & greet clients and escorts them to meeting room or to an office.
Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure most cost-effective orders.
Scanning, printing, encoding documents.
Assisting other companies under our roof whenever is necessary.
Communicating to other companies under our sponsorships in regards with their updated License, Immigration card and other important matters.
Preparing financial documents such as invoices,
account payable and receivable.
Posting and screening candidates for available positions and schedule for interviews.
Receiving School Certificates from different countries for attestation to MOFA and schedule for courier pick-ups back to original owner.
