• Responsible for the configuration and troubleshooting of the unified wireless networks which
contains (but not limited to) WLC, MSE, Prime Infrastructure, AAA, Wi-Fi AP and Mesh/Bridge Wi-Fi

• Responsible for the configuration and troubleshooting for the wireless IP transmission Access
network (OFDM and microwave links) for leased corporate customers using Redline, InfiNet and
Huawei platforms.
• Coordinate with other technology teams to resolve network outages or customer complaint cases
related to wireless technologies, Access IP network and performance.
• Verifying and approving the tests and reports performed by outsource field teams and accept the
suitable network parts based on certain criteria.
