- Responsible of the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Responsible of the recruitment process from screening & interviewing candidates & taking the shortlisted ones to a conclusion.

• Doing the full hiring process of employees, includes recruitment, interviews, verifying work history and references, and tracking of new possible candidates.
• Help with new-hire procedures: including organizing employee orientation, creating new employee files, administering employee handbooks, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly filled out and submitted to appropriate persons.
• To post vacancies on the DAJ website and ensure the site is kept up-to-date, removing vacancies once expired.
• To draft provisional employment offers.
• Make sure all employee records are filed correctly and kept confidential.
• To utilize social media in order to gain traffic to vacancies and attract both passive and active candidates.
• To support managers in drafting job descriptions and person specifications, providing templates and advice as required.
• Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
• Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
• Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
• Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
• Preparing JDs for the new employees.
• Making and preparing all the HR forms for the employees when needed.

• Conduct phone, Skype and/or in-person interviews.
Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions.
• Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires.
• Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods.
• Attend job fairs and careers events.

• Monitoring, Controlling & Reporting. (Evaluating O&M (Operation & Maintenance) Contractor Performance and Compare the same with the Contractual SLA (Service Level Agreement) in light with Equipment / System / Services KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and related Contract Conditions.

• Preparing & Making the Incident Reports and the Fire Alarm Reports if needed.
