• Drive effective coordination with the project partner, ensuring timely delivery of technical data and information
aligned with ongoing construction status and project objectives.
• Communicate client objectives and align stakeholders throughout project lifecycle.
• Support the preparation of FM, O&M and activation contracts, while facilitating required site visits to communicate
progress and key project components.
• Monitoring the preparation and implementation of project handover plan to ensure smooth handover to the project
partner in line with overall objectives.
• Conduct technical studies to address on-site engineering challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Review and approve mechanical material submissions, ensuring full compliance with project specifications and
standards.
• Perform regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and verify adherence to quality and safety
requirements.
Key Project: King Abdullah Gardens - A botanical and green entertainment destination that spans overs 2, 000, 000 m².

 Preparation of public health and firefighting design drawings, including technical reports and all related documents.
 Preparation of plumbing and firefighting calculations, pipe sizing, equipment sizing, and selection.
 Designing wet utilities networks, such as potable water, sanitary sewer, irrigation water, and fire water networks.
 Designing storage tanks, pump rooms, and sewage lifting stations.
 Preparing C3D models and preform clash detection prosses to resolve active clashes with other utilities.
 Creating hydraulic models to analyze/design wet utility systems using Bentley software.
 Designing primary, secondary, and tertiary irrigation networks including storage tanks, pumping stations, zoning and
watering schedules.
 Ensuring design works compliance with international standards and local codes/regulations.
 Implementing quality assurance and quality control processes prior to project submittals.
 Participating in cooperation workshops and meetings with other disciplines, stakeholders, authorities, and clients.
 Providing design input and supervision to CAD operators during the drafting/modeling process.

 Conducting construction site inspections and preparing required site observation reports.
 Performing pre-commissioning activities and identifying potential issues that may affect the commissioning process.
 Leading the subcontractor and commissioning team on-site to execute commissioning activities for HVAC system, plumbing
system, and fire protection system according to approved method statements.
 Maintaining direct contact and collaboration with main contractor and subcontractors.
 Creating and preparing testing and commissioning reports, as well as addressing any comments or queries from consultants
and client representatives.

 Inspecting machines, engines, and other equipment to identify any potential functionality issues.
 Carrying out repairs with the goal of maximizing reliability and ensuring optimal performance.

 Following up on the mechanical activities at the construction site and supervising the technicians during the installation process.
 Preforming shop drawings review.
