Managing the CEO day to day agenda.
Travels, Transportations, Hotels for the CEO.
Coordinate between departments actions.
Managing the office and all related matters.
Receiving guest… etc.
Communicate & Manage the Chairman & Board Members requirements and needs.
Setting up, managing, forward and review schedules with GMs
Setting up and managing dates for committee meetings.
Setting up formal and informal engagement with the Al-Rajhi Board of Directors.
Setting up and coordinating key external meetings with SAMA clients, vendors, other senior individuals
(CEOs.) in coordination with relevant GM.
Manage a timetable of meetings for starts and ends on time.
Manage the delivery of support services to Al Rajhi Bank including coordinating board meeting.
Communicate and coordinate with the right department to solve and implement the requests of the
CEO.
Verify the relative importance of all those seeking meeting requests and filter the key issues to the CEO for accepting meetings.
