Monitoring the ATMs 24/7, deep analysis to the ATMs performance and related projects, control the operation and maintenance budget, highlight the issues and acting proactively to overcome the issues that might harm the availability, leading the monitoring team to achieve the KPI and being on top of every thing related to the ATMs operations.
NB: Direct Channels includes Internet Banking, Phone Banking and ATM.
=> Support the development and improvements of eChannels processes and systems.
=> Plan Direct Channels Products/Services features, screen designs and requirements with
respective product / channel manager.
=> Prepare and submit the user specification of new projects to management/IT.
=> Prepare the user scripts/test cases and arrange to load them in HP Quality Centre for
execution.
=> Plan / Execute Direct Channels user acceptance tests and ensure that the UATs are
comprehensive and are completed and signed-off in agreed schedule
