My experience in the firm involved Assurance and Business Advisory Services (ABAS), Taxation and Legal Services (TLS) and Transaction Advisory Services (TAS). It has enabled me to develop a comprehensive understanding of the competitive and regulatory environments of diversified industries and the accounting and internal control systems implemented at various organizations. I had been involved in several executions of statutory audits, tax computations, preparation of accounting, internal controls and costing manuals, special assignments of various large and medium-sized national as well as multinational organisations and other business and transaction advisory engagements. This exposure to a wide spectrum of clients with a variety of work experience has provided me with an insider view of the key business processes within an organisation, risk management procedures, accounting and internal control systems, corporate governance and regulatory as well as accounting framework of an array of industries.
