- Tasks:
• Deliver high level of support and assistant across the company, both internal and external customers to continually innovate in terms of services and equipment and to the engineering team in executive projects.
• Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations with pre-sales and post-sales support
• Provide technical advice and assistance, make recommendations based upon field observation and maintenance needs through conducting and facilitating engineering studies to determine the feasibility of introducing modification to increase reliability and efficiency of the machines.
• For a new project, Provide technical assistance with testing of internal applications/machines and projects (FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ...).

- Tasks:
• Supervise the operation of the Maintenance Management System (MMS) by Preparing checklists and schedules for implementation of the Preventive Maintenance Programs
• Assist/supervising and plan training for the maintenance team and Take action items during meetings and performs necessary follow-up to ensure closure. (18 Electrical and Mechanical technicians) in repair and maintenance works.
• Responsible for Maintenance, diagnostics and troubleshooting of DCS systems, Safety Systems, PLCs
• Monitored the lean implementation and Key Performance indicators for the location and make sure that lean projects are implemented and quantified in savings
• Undertake failure analysis by applying failure data analysis techniques, such as Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Fault tree analysis (FTA), as well as Preventive Maintenance (PM) optimization
