Responsibilities:
• Managed end-to-end life cycle of Office 365/ Azure projects stating from pre-sales, business acquisition, service attachment, planning, migration, deployment, training and support.
• Promoting all new Microsoft products specially the new cloud based.
• Managing a significant piece of the overall share to promote its brands and products.
• Building proper forecasting plans to achieve the organization’s business plan, targets and goals.
• Assist with Building a strong service delivery team for MS Online services: - Including Office 365, Dynamics CRM Online, Enterprise Mobility + Security, Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection and Microsoft Azure.
• Strong Customer Relationships In-Depth Product / Brand Knowledge Fact Based Selling.
• Generating leads through cold calls.
• Working closely with vendors who provide a solution integrated with Microsoft cloud product (Nintex, Barracuda, Gscan, ShortPoint, Cloudiway, Mimecast)
• Analyzing Client Requirements.
• Handling pre sales activities (Office 365 migration, SharePoint, Enterprise Mobility + Security, MS Azure etc..)
• Promoted to plan & design Microsoft products & Services for the companies clientele.
• Meeting customers.
• Demonstration of the software at client place.
• Sending quotation.
• Finalization and closing of the sale.
