Working in rotation in Accounting, procurement & logistics departments, my core responsibilities includes various day to day tasks. In accounting its preparation & posting of vouchers in ORACLE Fusion, preparing payment requests, weekly, monthly closing of accounts & assisting manager finance in producing management reports i.e. project profitability reports, budget consumption reports monthly profit & loss statement etc. As a lead in procurement & logistics it includes completing purchasing cycle starting from purchase requisition & closing it until receiving of order. This includes PR finalization, RFQ floating, comparative analysis, order confirmations via purchase orders & preparations for receiving of ordered items. As logistics officer responsible for importing & exporting of purchase & sales orders. This includes coordination & communication with logistics companies to finalize the rates, preparation of documents. Finding right HS codes & document preparation via SABER, CITC, SASO portal to import items into KSA. Warehouse supervision & keeping inventory level maintained is also part of my job. Continuous coordination with various departments to achieve common goal to achieve project deadlines & to maximize the profit through cost efficiency & effectiveness.
