• Preparing method & statements and Risk Assessment.
• Requisition of required machinery and manpower to
perform inspection. (Boom lift, Technician, Operator)
• To conduct inspection of all ongoing activities for
electrical installations & Control system.
• Providing technical support to fulfill the requirements
during findings in inspection. (Electromechanical).
• Identification of hazards and risk during inspection.
• Identification of critical components in the electrical
parts via physical inspection and through technical
manual specifications.
• Detect possible defects, violations and faults in
equipment installations or operation and recommend or
stipulate appropriate remedial measures as per
applicable standard.
• Examination of all electrical installation to find lose
connection, insulation frayed/damage, control console,
slip rings assembly, AC & DC motors, proper earth,
interlock, Proximity sensor, encoder, optical sensor,
load cells, limit switches, etc.
• Verification of mounting and alignment of sensors and
limit switches.
• Functional Testing as per BS EN 60204(Loop
impedance, earth resistance, insulation resistance,
RCD etc...).
• Analyzed and interpret test results.
• Trail Run analysis for interlock sequence, speed,
acceleration,
Key Responsibilities:
• Generating inquiries and preparing quotations and submittals.
• Preparing SLD and mechanical structure drawings for panels.
• Coordination and dealing with clients regarding new & existing projects.
• Inspection of Prepared Distribution Board, LT Panels, PFI Plants. MCC Panels, Junction Boxes and Cable Trays.
• Designing of Distribution Boards, LT Panels, and PFI Plants. MCC Panels, Junction Boxes and Cable Trays.
• Costing and estimation of Projects
• To visit Clients side and prepare plan for Panel Designing, Panel manufacturing, installation and commissioning.

Responsibilities:
• Operation and maintenance of HVAC System.
• Installation, Programming and commissioning of VFD on
AHU, Circulation and chilled water pumps. Trouble
shooting and preventive maintenance of pneumatic based
machines i.e. Blister, Assembly, Tip Forming, Tube
inserting.
• Trouble shooting and preventive maintenance of Hydraulic
based machines i.e. InjectionMolding.
• Working on star delta starter, solid state relay, temperature
Controllers, Thermocouples, RTD.
• Sensors, proximity sensors, photo sensors, magnet sensors,
heaters, magnetic Contactors, electrical timers.
• To resolve PLCS (Delta) and HMI (Delta) related queries in
machines.
• To resolve VFD (Schneider, Mitsubishi, and Delta) related
queries in machines.
• Working on injection MoldingChillers.
• Operation and maintenance of Screw Compressors.
• Operation of Gas Generators and load management.
• To maintain monthly preventive plan of machines
• Work on PVC, PPRC, MS pipe during installations of new
compressors and generators.
