Execute all procurement duties such as Sourcing, sending inquires, negotiating&following up with suppliers, to satisfy the demand efficiently and effectively.
Inspect the products ’life cycle, including shipping, tracking shipments across multiple channels, and receiving shipments, to ensures that products are delivered in a timely manner.
Expand and preserve vendors and suppliers’ profile and history. for documentation and future usage.
Integrative work with the finance department in analyzing invoices, tracking payments and verifying the delivery of financial payments within the specified time-frame.
Assist in bidding and tenders and contribute in its process.

Manage the daily activities in the branch, including maintenance operations, sales and customer services, administration-related activities.
Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the branch
Manage and monitor the branch’s budget and report the financial status to the concerned
Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision for the branch team members, manage and oversee their attendance and discipline.
Contribute in setting the annual operational objectives with stakeholders.
Handle clients’ complaints and mediate to resolve complex problems.
Responsible of personnel affairs inside the branch (time record, vacations, excuses, etc).
