•Ensure that all office team legl paper work is valid before travel to Riyadh accurately.
• Dealing with all incoming correspondence, including verbal guidance.
• Assist the office team with various administrative tasks (such as maintaining email distribution lists, registering for events/conferences, controlling flight itineraries, Zoom, teems, )
• The first point of contact between general managers, department managers and other external entities.
• Ensure a high level of confidentiality while communicating with internal stakeholders and external entities.
• Organizing and maintaining the office filing system.
• Monitor daily office activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures.
• Encourage the office team and contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of systems and processes taking into account leading practices, changes in the business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
•Establish working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders on issues facing them and other requirements in order to identify barriers and develop action plans.
•Continuously update information and guidance and pass it on immediately to all relevant stakeholders to keep them informed and updated.
•Direct and assist the office team to perform their operations in accordance with established policies and procedures.
