• Increased number of trainings by 300% in first year and also improved the quality of corresponding trainings with only a 35% increase in costs.
• Planned and Implemented Sales Team Development Program (including training, evaluation and coaching).
• Designed the Policies and Procedures for the Training division (from scratch).
• Designed Succession Plan Policy and Procedures (from scratch) in cooperation with McLagan consulting group.
• Build a simplified system for requesting trainings using Oracle system.
• Make sure that all CMA requirements in relation with Aljazira Capital employees trainings are met, including CME exams and AML and other awareness courses.
• Led the team in charge of planning and carrying out employees’ trainings including those required by SAMA (AML/CFT) .
• Led the change of the TNA exercise which improved the bank’s employees performance, as per the annual employees’ performance appraisal.
• Created an evaluation process for key trainings using Kirkpatrick Training Evaluation Model.
• Participated in the design of the Policies and Procedures for the Training division.
• Added a training module to HRMS system in cooperation with IT team.
• Identified and implemented a typical Coop training in order to identify the best candidates to be hired.
• In charge of Samba Professional Program (SPP): planned and carried out three sessions of the SPP program during my tenure. Each session lasts 10 months and includes 25 fresh graduates.
• In charge of Samba Development Program (SDP): planned and carried out two sessions of the SDP program during my tenure. Each session lasts 7 months and includes 5 SAMBA employees developed to become the company’s future leaders.
• Managed the team in charge of individual trainings (both inside and outside the Kingdom).
• Planned the training requirements of around 1, 200 head office employees.
• Carried out branches trainings (mainly new products and new system features’ trainings) as planned by the Programs Manager.
