◦ operated an ASR/TTS evaluation framework, enabling consistent quality validation and benchmarking of
speech AI services.
◦ Deployed and troubleshot containerized AI workloads on OpenShift, resolving image pull, networking, and
runtime issues.
◦ Optimized and validated LLM and TTS inference services, including gRPC operation and vLLM KV cache
performance analysis.
Joined the Data Science team to support ongoing efforts in analyzing healthcare-related datasets and exploring
strategic insights. Currently assisting in building data visualizations, conducting preliminary data analysis, and
contributing to internal data-driven projects under supervision.
