• Plan and Schedule projects activities, tasks, and key milestones.
• Monitor and Control the completion of tasks and overall progress of projects.
• Identify, Analyze, and Manage Risks to insure successful projects completion.
• Prepare and Submit Projects Performance Reports.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Carrying out daily Quality monitoring and inspections of works and materials.
• Submit daily and weekly progress reports.
• Update weekly and monthly progress reports to be submitted to the Client.
• Maintain Site Safety Regulations and Standards.
• Attend Technical Coordination Meetings.
Responsibilities:
• Planning, Organizing, and Scheduling activities using “Primavera” software.
• Preparing the monthly update report, which includes Engineering, Procurement, and Construction
progress.
• Assist the Planning Manager in analyzing delay causes, and preparing an Extension of Time claim.
Responsibilities:
• Monitoring and control of daily production to meet planned targets.
• Supervising all Civil and Architectural works to meet project's specifications.
• Ensuring site safety.
• Preparing As-Built drawing.
