Project Engineer,
Supervise and control construction activities assigned by the Project Manager - Monitoring is to be at site continuously with daily site walks. On average, a minimum (1/3) of the Engineer’s Day will be spent on site.
Assist in providing detailed list of manpower and machinery resources to complete the project as per the approved schedule.
Daily follow-up on reporting - with providing weekly & monthly reports.
Facilitate & Ensure inspection process is working correctly and WIRs are being submitted.
Provide Method Statements and Scope of work to ensure construction procedures are being followed.
Be aware of constructability and value engineering to assist in identifying actions that may achieve cost savings, expedite construction activities, and/or improve quality.
Review technical submittals and shop drawings associated with the civil, structural and architectural works.
Coordinate civil works with MEP and finishes activities.
Review & feedback all Consultants daily reports “SORs & NCRs” for PMs response.
Coordinate with the Consultants to meet each project specifications & criteria.
Monitor procurement process to ensure timely delivery of required materials.
Coordinate construction activities with safety engineer to ensure compliance with the approved plans.
Ensure harmonization and good working relation with the staff.

Report and provide update to the finance team - Organize
Catalyst ONE Internal Purchase Order for different
suppliers - Assisting the project team to prepare scope of
work for Telstra L3 submission )
Review quality, safety and
environment management plans - Major and minor Civil
and operation works -Site visits inspections - Tendering
and estimating for various projects - preparing and
submitting tendering documents for upcoming projects.
Part Time and working on holidays in a Family Business Brick Factory since 2014
