 Assist and advise on specific performance issues for project staff. Lead performance management processes for management, including contribution ratings, salary reviews and Personnel Action Reviews, including performance improvements.

 Preparation and approval submission of client billings, verification and approval of project invoices. Managed Project budget of $500, 000 plus.

 Developed and introduced employee initiatives including Employee Suggestion and Recognition and other related issue in the Program.
