1-Planning time baselines with sufficiently small Work Break Down Structures (WBS) and scheduling them as per availability of Resources i.e. manpower, material and equipments.
2-Preparing cost estimates of each WBS as per utilization of Resources i.e material, equipment and man-hour (own/rented).
3-Making/verifying Project Master Schedule in Primavera P6 incorporating above mentioned Time, Cost and Resource Plan.
4-Estimating cost and time for implementing Change Orders and incorporating them in Project Master Schedule.
5-Monitoring overall progress by analyzing EVM
6- Preparing complete Monthly Progress Invoices as per BOQ to be claimed from client i.e. Saudi Electric Company (SEC) which include design, procurement and installation/construction progress.
7-Reviewing base design, detail design and technical submittals of material before submission to Client i.e. Saudi Electric Company (SEC) for approval.
8-Making Purchase Orders (PO) for suppliers and Work Orders (WO) for Sub-Contractors.
9- Verification of Suppliers and Sub-contractors invoices as per terms and conditions of PO/WO.
10- Monitoring Sub-Contractors against their Scope of Work and Planned Schedules as per their WO.
11- Reviewing Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports against the schedule to rectify delays
12-All correspondence (emails, meeting etc) with Client i.e. SEC.
13-Coordinating with Projects' Stores and updating Project Manager about delivery status against Shipment Releases and Material Delivery Schedule.
1-Review of Base and Detail Design before submission to clients for approval.
2- Planning and Scheduling baselines for Project's Overall Schedule
3- Recording Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports.
4- Correspondence with WAPDA (Client) regarding any pending issues.
5- Updating Project Manager regarding any delay in Construction and Procurement.
