Responsible for the day to day financial transactions of the company. Duties include invoice processing, daily bookkeeping records, billing and tracking business expenses. This position requires keen attention to detail and customer service skills. Incumbent will work with clients to assist with financial transactions and resolve refunds or billing inaccuracies. .
Provides direct customer services, including check-in, seat assignment, baggage checking, excess baggage collection, documentation and travel permission checks, passenger handling, re-routing and accommodation, special services, aircraft gate departure control, flight close out, and the coordination of activities in the terminal with concerned departments.
Modules cover: ethical behaviour, personal effectiveness, customer service, writing for business, desktop applications and the use of the Internet. Participants are also briefed on how to search for jobs and prepare for interviews. At the end of the programme, completion certificates are issued
