Duties and Responsibilities:-
• To answer client queries by calls and emails
• Receive RFQ and Raise Quotations
• Maintain good Customer relations
• Producing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Sales Reports
• Maintain Individual Client records, Sales records, Invoices and Payment details
• Chasing up overdue payments and dealing with invoices

• Follow the Vendor’s payment and release timely

• Prepare Monthly asset and expenditure records
