Project Monitoring maintenance activities plans, project schedules, quality and budgets related to
civil in KAUST Campus.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Planning & managing the client and end user complaints Reactive Maintenance (RM), Corrective
maintenance (CM) and preventative maintenance (PM).
• Design, review, and supervise civil/structural components of facilities (buildings, foundations,
pavements, drainage, etc.).
• Inspection and assess the condition of civil works (concrete, steel, roads, water tanks, retaining
walls, etc.) to ensure safety and durability.
• Develop Preventative maintenance (PM).and Corrective maintenance (CM) schedules for civil
structures and infrastructure.
• Planning, Tracking and managing all the activities through CAFM system IBM Maximo.
• Material requests and purchase requisitions and tracking through CAFM system IBM Maximo.
• Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the client representatives.
• Planning and management of facility expansion, of Renovation & Fit-out projects involving civil
works.
• Coordination with Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and HVAC in order to complete the
work order.
• Meeting with clients regarding Quality, Budget and contract finalization.
• Leading the project study and site survey for civil /renovation works for Buildings/Structures
to prepare BOQ, Quotation specifications, and technical drawings.
• Monitoring Project Progress & preparing Project Reports for higher management
• Preparation documents PTW (Permit to Work) Risk assessment and method statement (RAMS),
Safe System of Work (SSOW) of maintenance activities and renovation projects
• Maintain standards of safety and comply with Companys Health, Safety and Environment
Management System requirements.
• Preparing Concept & execution drawings with required technical details, safety remarks etc for
small modification projects.
• Prepare Method Statement & risk assessment in conjunction with safety department.
• Provide site instruction to sub-contractors, supervisor & labors for safe and quality standard
procedure of various activites.

Overall management of Renovation projects and operational activities.
Meeting with clients for requirements, Budget and contract finalization.
Leading the project study and site survey for civil /renovation works for Buildings/Structures to prepare BOQ and Quotation.
Project management with Client, consultant & Contractors.
Price analyzing & offer to become competitive & budget oriented.
Project planning & Time Schedule for complete activities considering suitable manpower or sub-contractors and material availability.
Monitoring Project progress & preparing Project Reports for higher management
Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, Safety and Environment Management System requirements.
Preparing Concept & execution drawings with required technical details, safety remarks etc.
Managing all activities related to concrete works- Coordination with batching plant for required mix design, temperature and slump value and cube testing procedure to sustain project standards.
Quality control inspection to maintain quality & project standards and Monitoring Quality assurance internally to management and for customer satisfaction.
Prepare Method Statement & risk assessment in conjunction with safety department.
Provide site instruction to supervisor & labors for safe and standard procedure of various activities.
Inspection of all project activities and its dimensional check-up and other requirements for proper handover and reduce snag and to avoid future issues.

• Provide site instruction to Subcontractor, supervisor & labors for safe and standard procedure of
various activities.
• Coordination with Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and HVAC teams. in order to complete
