• Follow up, and monitor all electrical contractors (construction, procurement engineering, and invoicing approval).
• Performed site inspections and testing procedures to verify electrical system functionality; actively monitored and maintained the highest quality standards and compliance with project specifications and codes.
• ⁠Communicate with the required 3rd party and the EPC contractor for required tests, starting with pre-commissioning and then T&C (Testing & Commissioning) of electrical systems with a proper schedule and plan for conducting the tests in coordination with client.
• Overview of the ITP (inspection test plan) with the EPC contractor to match the project requirements and specifications.
• Follow up on the Supply chain for project activities and support the contractor in resolving any obstacles.
• Witness, monitor, and control the testing and commissioning activities during the close-out stage.
