Direct and plan the product mix production targets in the correct priorities to meet orders and shipments by means of efficient operation of furnaces and varies casting machines in a day to day basis. Ensure adequate availability and reliability of casting machines complex to meet hot metal flow, Optimum usage of hot liquid metal, scrap metal and alloy hardeners to meet production targets and minimize scrap holding / inventory by accurate material balance. Ensure production output is in accordance with agreed schedule of product mix finished production. Communicate in all directions in the organization to be updated and my colleagues informed regarding our activities. Manage staff within the established frame work of the company’s policies and procedures to maintain an efficient and effective technical monitoring of the production process. Direct control and motivate the work force to achieve high skill and maximum manpower efficiency.
Working in the Field e.g. Rub AL Khali
Implementing and achieving the Production targets. Supervising the maintenance and operation of the Land seismic energy, ensuring by example and instruction, that safe procedures are employed at all times Authoring and following up for the SWI, SOP. Ensuring that all HSE rules, procedures, demonstrations and exercises are clearly understood by the Operation Team. Assisting the field manager in the application of HSE responsibilities within the vibrator driving crew. Actively involved in: # Planning, risk assessments and job safety analyses (JSA) # Implementing Fire/ hazard precautions and ensuring the Safety precautions, availability of handling tools.
