• Resourceful in promoting & generating the sales of Personal Loan
• Meeting with customer & provide better services to them.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and best financial services to customers
• Building and maintaining healthy business relations with clients
• Reviewing & interpreting the impact of changes in interest rates and attuning strategies accordingly with focus on retaining the existing clients & development new ones.
Manage and exceed customer expectation by running along with suggestive and thematic ideas to promote sales within the store. Ensures all ranges are effectively merchandised in line with brand image and standards
Manage account services through quality checks and other follow -ups.
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
