Key Account
- Managing key accounts by servicing them to client's satisfaction.
- Understanding clients brief and articulate it into meaningful deliverable.
- Obtaining client feedback and drive increases in client satisfaction and engagement
Public Relations
- Report & analyze media coverage & performance.
- Ensure press releases, content and editorial pieces are written in time.
- Provide counsel on key messages and story angles that are relevant to the client.
- PR Events, end to end execution of press conferences, Seminars, etc.
- Ensure the liaison & Media visits are being done by team assigned on regular basis. Maintain &
enhance new/existing relationship with media/journalist/influencers.
- Work on multiple projects in a high pressure environment.
- Reporting, ensure activity reports and clipping reports are being forwarded to concerned clients
Retail Store Management
- Customer Service - Optimize the Operational Cost
- VM, Store Display & Branding - HR & Team Mgt.
- Inventory - Cash & Other Retail Operations
Marketing
- Work on an annual Marketing Plan / interim marketing as required, in consultation with the Senior
Management.
- Manage the print media (magazine / newspapers) & Radio FM for the product review & promotions.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and standards strictly, and ensure compliance to branding guidelines
across organization.
- All marketing co-laterals are being printed / published as per the copy rights / company’s policy.
- Ensure timely distribution of all marketing collateral across all branches, in coordination of logistic
department.
- Travel across branches to ensure the branding is implemented as per the plannogram.
- Manage efficiently all ATL / BTL activities across all branch locations.
- Reports - distribution & performance analysis- branchwise, retailwise, productwise etc.
- Tracking and monitoring of KPIs
Team Management
- Manage the team of Creative designers, Principals & suppliers for timely delivery & implementation.
Negotiation
- Negotiate costs, terms and timelines with partner, agencies, vendors and service providers as required,
with necessary approvals from senior management.
- Work with 3rd party agencies, vendors, service providers as required, carrying out responsibilities and
tasks / executing as per plan.
- Ensure that necessary documentation is done relating to contract & billing.
