- Manage the execution of orders in best manner
- Supervise daily trading activity of team of three brokers
- Fair Dealing for Foreign institutions at MSM
- Licensed Broker in Muscat Securities Market.
- Brokerage, Asset Management, Customer service, Back office, Research & IPOs
-Supervise and manage daily work of staff of the department & evaluate their performance & propose ways of development.
-Prepare reports on the cases of violations; submit the reports to Trading analysis to be submitted to the department Director.
-Keeping an eye on the movement of shareholders, brokers and make reports on the information considered confidential that can affects the activity of the market and follow-up correspondence between the Capital Market Authority and the market in respect of breaches.
-Use trading and surveillance systems of the market and ensure the proper use of the systems by the employees and follow the needs of the department.
-Evaluate the performance of Live Trading Section and make reports to the Director of the Department to improve and develop the department to serve the objectives of the market.
-Participate in the development of the Procedures of trading operations surveillance.
-Find out appropriate tools and systems to ensure the implementation of all aspects of trading surveillance.
-Participate in ensuring compliance with the rules of surveillance and responsibilities and propose appropriate solutions.
-Follow international developments in the field of trading surveillance in various artistic and technical fields and legislature to take advantage of them in the development of the department.
