• My current job since June 2013

 First of all I had secured a positioned of Accountant and Store Assistant.
 My key responsibilities are as follows:
 I had worked with software named as Focus and waiter POS machine and we maintained all the records.
 I had maintained a revenue and expenditure accounts.
 Preparing a sales and purchase ledger in Focus.
 There I maintain a cash book and payroll of the employee.
 Preparing an invoice for the function which had been held and followed up with the client until the payment received.
 Handle all bank related work such as depositing cheques etc.
 Daily collecting cash from the cashier in morning and evening.
 Maintaining petty cash account
 Show all the purchase record in focus and record of stock available in store shown in focus.
 Preparing a statement of accounts in focus software.
 Maintaining X report and Z report on Waiter POS machine.
 In waiter POS machine we kept all the records of function held.
 From this machine we come to know how much daily sales had been done.
 At the end of the month I am doing an inventory in store that how much stock available in store and make a record of that.
 Than I post all the purchase voucher and stock issue voucher in Focus Software.
 Making an Audit of Statement of Accounts.
