Providing information, guidance and support to old and new clients who wish to immigrate to
Canada and Australia
* understand the customer requirements and close sales
* Meeting with client for their queries and collecting documents
* Coordinating with assessment team and operation team.
* Approaching the management to get the special approvals as and when required
* Enter and update client information in the database
* Handling and resolving client’s complain
* Generating new leads with marketing team via different marketing campaigns and follow up
with the qualified leads.
* Organizing seminar, webinar and QA meets with Vice president to maximize sales.
* Understand and stay informed about the market, business trends, and amendments as well
as monitors the performance of key competitors in the area.
* Approaching the management to get the special approvals as and when required
* Documents and maintain all records of sales activities and provide update as per
requirement.
* Responsible to achieve the targets set by the management
Oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service ensuring that the process runs
smoothly
* Meet with clients and handle applications face to face and by post to determine client
eligibility
* Review and ensure that all of the information provided by clients is accurate and correct
preparing and checking all documents
* Documenting all calls by CRM
* Provide guidance and advice to clients regarding their immigration options
* Provide comprehensive information to clients to help them make informed decisions
* Identify, Manage and secure existing and prospective clients who s=wish to migrate
* Provide consultation service to address potential clients interested in immigration, including
establishing suitability of the candidate’s application and eligibility.
* Consultation by email, on calls and face to face meeting.
* Follow up on new leads and referrals.
* Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
* Identify and resolve client concern.
* To provide regular follow up on inquiries received.
Greet and welcome guests in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
* Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone calls /email
* Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
* Excellent organizational skills
* Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
* Oversee all aspects of the Immigration Service ensuring that the process runs smoothly
* Meeting with clients to close the deal face to face
