I worked in Desalination plant, RO plant, and wastewater treatment plants.
1)Handling plant commissioning.
2)Handling Programmable logical control system.
3)Handing Overall Water Filtering plant reports.
4)Design of Micro, Ultra, Nano, and Reverse Osmosis Membranes.
Handling Oil Refinery Commissioning through EMS(Environmental management systems).
Handling Steam commissioning properly.
Prepare process flow diagrams, P&IDs, DPTD, PSFS, equipment and instrument specifications, line list, process summaries and other process deliverables.
Participate in PFD, P&ID and other design reviews.
Handling Clearance of internal and external audits.
Participate in PHA, HAZOP and other safety reviews.
Handling Plant raw material and final products obey the rule of ISO, GMP, HACCP, IFS, BRC etc.
Provide process support to the other engineering disciplines.
Clear communicator with good interpersonal skills.
Handling Plant start up and shut down responsibility of 150 mT production of both physical and chemical refinery by using PLC.
Software service Microsoft office, Enter resources and planning, SAP Business one used for raw material to final products records check and balance.
Manage weekly bases plant maintenance duty schedule to shift fitters and shift electricians.
Manage daily log sheet check-up.
Manage daily duties assign to operators, assistant operators and helpers.
Manage daily SOP of plant for improving the efficiency.
