RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintaining HR Records for all Projects.
• Managing & Updating HR Portal
• Organizing training for on board employees in-house or outhouse training whichever is suitable.
• Making all necessary arrangements for conducting the training program and maintaining appropriate training records of each employee.
• Human Resources Management Information System. Data management of all the employees so as to make the muster computerized, maintaining comprehensive records like, joining data, transfers data, head counts of the employee, personal data of the employees.
• Handling Employees Grievances related to Compensation, Compliance's, Leave records / balances.
• Responsible for redressing any grievance arising in ESIC.
Recruitment & Selection
• Handling recruitment process for 4 Projects.
• Responsible for end to end hiring & complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources.
• Preparing hiring plan, understanding the Job Specification and Job Description.
• Screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, salary negotiation.
• Self-sourcing on niche/critical positions through various channels like Job Portals, references, advertisements, database, headhunting, personal network etc.
• Taking feedback of interview with Project Managers and HODs.
• Handling positions with responsibility of filling the same with in TAT.
• Conducting induction program for all new employees.
• Handling all the joining formalities, Issuing Offer Letters, Post Offer followup to make till the candidate joins.
• Getting the various forms filled and making personal files updation.
Time Office & Payroll Input
• Collation Attendance & Others Inputs for Payroll processing as per deadlines.
• Managing Leave & Attendance, Preparation of Annual Leave Balance, Personal files, Medical claim, PF withdrawal, PF transfer, Absent Reconciliation.
• Processing the salary and other benefits of 1400+ employees.
• Coordinating with external Payroll Agency for monthly salary, Exgratia and other payments
• F& F settlement.
Employee Engagement
• Birth Day Celebration, Employees Get-Together and Health Check-ups.
Recruitment and selection:
Responsible for end to end hiring for across all verticals.
Hands on experience in recruiting talents for pan India.
Client meeting and discussion regarding open positions and understanding the requirements in different skill set.
Develop effective sourcing/staffing strategies to meet expectations of client.
Self-sourcing on niche/critical positions through various channels like Job Portals, references, advertisements, database, headhunting, personal network etc.
Preliminary interviewing of potential candidates in order to assess the candidate's suitability, Attitude.
Highly competent both as an individual contributor and a team performer.
Expertise in hiring junior to senior level management talents for the clients.
Recruitment Planning, Budgeting, Requisitions, Scrutiny, Offer Fitment etc. as per organization requirement.
Responsible for full recruitment cycle including tasks like candidate resourcing, skill assessment, background checks, compensation negotiation, ensuring right fitment as per the organizational culture and values.
Follow-up with candidates to make sure their timely joining.
Working on backup plans incase critical positions.
Planning with respective managers for forthcoming manpower requirements.
Organizing for client interview & collect their feedback after the interview etc.
Maintaining complete Recruitment Database including inflow by augmenting relevant resumes on a periodic basis by various sources i.e. advertisements, internal references and Job Portals.
Analyzing and managing client's requirements by way of coordinating and scheduling interviews.
Team Management
• Leading a group of 6 people
Manage the gamut of tasks including manpower planning, recruitment, induction and training of in-house employees.
Create an environment that sustains and encourage high performance; motivate teams in optimizing their contribution levels.
Client Relationship
• Maintaining relationship with existing clients.

Administration & MIS
Supervising routine administrative activities e.g., Housekeeping, General maintenance etc.
Preparing MIS reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis to provide clarity on the recruitment status.
Responsible for all administrative works.
Making sure that all employee records are accurate and well maintained.
Responsible for recording all employee information such as personal data, attendance and leave.

Looking after general staff welfare like transportation & making travel arrangement for company executives i.e. Ticket and transportation.
Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipments.
Managing Printing, Stationary and other services.
Maintaining office bill like, Electricity bill, Water bill, and telephone bill.
Vendor Management - Sourcing, managing and payment schedules.
Forwarding Vendors Invoices to the Accounts.
Follow up for the payment from accounts.
As store Keeper-Issue the material & maintaining the records.
In charge of printing of visiting cards, Letter heads & Company brochures.
Issuing & Keeping Records of ID cards, Access cards, Temporary pass & Mobile Sim etc issued to Employees.
