- Managing complete operations of 15 retail business outlets of Petromin Express in Riyadh, KSA
- Responsible for achieving KPI's, Customers & Sales targets with full ownership of P&L.
- Managing employee relations and conduct other B2B activities.

- Ensuring compliance of SOP’s, company standards, and health & safety measures for smooth operations.

- Responsible for achieving KPIs targets like Oil, Batteries, Filters, Tires, PMS, EcoWash, A/C service, etc.
- Delivering budgeted sales, gross margin & net profit via local marketing initiatives
- Ensuring strict compliance with SOPs to deliver the desired customer experience CX by ensure high CSI.
- Effectively developing skills of available human resource through regular training & appraisal process.
- Promoting a culture that embraces continuous process improvement, personal accountability & teamwork.
- Any other sales & marketing related tasks as assigned by the management (e.g., Market survey, competition activities, participating in exhibitions, sampling events, running promos etc.).
- Leading an operational team to manage and deliver projects and results within the timeline.
- Define KPIs for the assigned categories and analyze and drive performance for those categories.
- Prepare and present marketing forecasts, pricing surveys, competitor intelligence and marketing plans.

- Conducting Sales Training across the country for Sales staff of the company as well as dealerships.
- Prepare & present quarterly PDCA to executive committee about performance and plans.

- Share regional sales situation and recommendations for strategic business planning
- Prepare and submit regional sales forecast on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential sales volume of dealers.
- Maintain and expand corporate customer’s base & identifying new customer opportunities.
- Resolve customer and dealers complaints by investigating problems & developing solutions
- Prepare and execute activity plans for regional sales operations.
- Survey customer needs and Identify trends and track competitor information / market sensing.
- Prepare an annual budget of regional office, analyzing variances & initiating corrective actions.
- Organizing and managing corporate events in the region on behalf of company.
