Supervising day to day operations, with preventative and corrective maintenance of all
equipment, communicating effectively with supervisors, and subordinates, to meet the
demands of operations
* Developing teamwork, leadership instruction, quality control boundaries, downtime
improvement plan
* Implementing 5s throughout assembly operation.
* Monitoring stock
* Business Operational Budget Responsibility.
* Maintaining high Level of Quality and Make sure each Product meets API Specification.
* Monitoring Test results for every product.
* Implementing strategies that significantly improves both Quality and Delivery metrics.
* Working in close proximity with Technical team and Sales team to ensure quality of
product.
* Travelling to other Joint Ventures in Kenya and India for Inspections and to support the
Sales Team.

Responsible for assigned sales targets
* Promoting the Brand & Encouraging the Sales through various Promotional Activities
* Presenting seminars and organizing distributors Meet.
* Attending Auto shows and participating in Exhibitions like Automechanika.
* Proper execution of order and dispatch it on time.
* Follow up for payment.
* Focus on moving profitability and specialty products.
* Maintain good relation with client and educating the customer about the product and the
Industry.
* Working with both technical team and production team to meet customer demand
