Talent Acquisition:
 Designed and executed efficient recruitment strategies for the complete local & international recruitment cycle (manpower plan, visas, screening & shortlisting, interviewing, selecting & finalizing employment docs, travelling, placement, insurance, orientation, Iqama/Passport etc.) which attracted top talent across the industry and skill set and within the KSA market.
 Successfully executed manpower plan (Direct & In Direct) for Projects (Airport in ABHA, 50KM Roads, Flyover in Half-moon KSA) and coordinated locally & internationally with recruitment agencies for the placement of manpower.
 Proved instrumental in designing and devising start - end local and international recruitment and manpower plans for Jordan, Egypt, Pakistan, India, and Bangladesh, and Philippine while following KSA Labor Law.
