•Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
•Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver Functional/Business Requirements
•Involved in high-level meeting with top executives and consultants in hospital for understanding business flow
•Analyze and review the business process and recommend solutions if any
•Prepare presentations and templates for the project initial analysis
•Communicating and collaborating with key users of organization for understanding higher level business process issues and workflows
•Reviewing the ERP implementation of Oracle apps 11i purchasing and inventory modules for integrating with OBIEE
•Actively involved in meeting client IT core team and revising the project scope
•Review, approve and validate the requirements collected with project manager
•Document and understand the Administrative Policy & Procedures, Departmental Policy and Procedures and workflows of all departments - support services, clinical services, administrative operational services and finance and logistic operations.
