1. Following up all the project stages in order to assure the project delivery within the approved budget and time frame.
2. Assuring full commitment of specifications and design in the construction process.
3. Certification of monthly and final invoices.
4. Looking after the contractor claims and verifying whether valid or not in order to issue the Engineer determination and engineer decision accordingly.
5. Appointing and leading the monthly progress and technical meetings between all related parties.
6. Looking after all the project correspondences and replying for all technical and contractual issues of the project.
7. Calling for quotations, preparing comprising statements and recommending suppliers and subcontractors for the client verification.
8. Following up the coordination process between shop drawings and contract drawings in order to avoid any discrepancies in executing work at site.
9. Checking, verifying and submitting all the reports requested by the client.
10. Looking after all the technical issues and conducting all the technical and coordination meeting required to assure the smooth running of the project in compliance with the approved Clause 14 program.

11- Following up on the house keeping of the material in the site.
