Responsible for developing & implementing of effective Human Resources policies, & procedures with 1500 employees; also responsible for leading other HR sections.
Responsible for managing Personnel & Training Section, and all related tasks in addition to my work as Deputy HR Manager - such as:
* Provide professional support & advice on recruitment to line /departmental managers.
* Advise the managers on best practice recruitment & selection.
* Prepare job descriptions & person specifications.
* Supervise the writing of required job advertisements.
* Supervise designing or revising application forms, including developing processes.
* Develop creative recruitment solutions.
* Supervise the screening of application forms & short listing applicants; devising, running & evaluating selection processes including interviews, psychometric tests, personality questionnaires.
* Develop the plans of relocate company staff member to new departments / jobs due to restructuring within an organization.
* Assist the implementation of redundancy programs, which may include the development of early retirement packages & voluntary redundancy schemes.
Responsible for:
A- Human Resource Policy & procedures.
B- Manpower planning & budgeting.
C- Performance Appraisal Review.
D- Recruiting & Saudization Plan.
E- Other Administrative issues.
