 Timely get the planning of import shipment on first available flight/Vessel, get draft document, ensure onboard on time and get pre alert as well.
 Ensure complete documentation and complete follow up of shipment from Origion to Destination & follow till proper creation of Recievable/Payable against each job.
 Respond and follow-up on customers’ enquiries and requests.
 Targeting new customers to get more and more Cargo Volume.
 Develop strong customer relationships through timely response to their queries. - Conduct internal meetings / vendor meetings to formulate solutions.
 Develop pricing and business models based on customer needs.
 Negotiate Best Possible Freight Rates with Different Overseas agents.
 Ensure timely follow up & Responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction.
 Customer range from Importers*** Tiles & Sanitary, Furniture, Lighting, Machinery, Medical equipment, Telecom equipment etc. Exporter**** Industrial Units…Repair Machinery, repair telecom parts.

 Develop strong customer relationships through regular visits.
 Mature Nomination Shipments from Overseas Associates.

 Supervising and Handling all international Freight Charges activities of the organization (Includes 7 Branches in Pakistan).
 Coordinate with Overseas Agents for world wide.
 Freight Charges Comparison with other Agents.
 Ensure timely payments to worldwide associates & settlement of Accounts.
 Communicate customer expectations internally and with overseas clients.
 Project Handling Mobilink, Wi-Tribe.
 Liaison with International partners / associated companies on continuous basis for the purpose of reconciliation of both Import and Export transactions of global customers and settlement of accounts.

 Prepare & Follow-up of AFI & SFI monthly Reports.
 Originate In House Queries (To all Branches of TAQ) for Internal Disputes & Foreign Settlement of Accounts.
 Prepare ICM (Import Credit Management Report). Monthly.
 Deals with Intl Associates regarding profit share & settlement of Accounts.
 Follow up of Unaccredited Shipments with Intl Associates.
 Managing Intl. Receivables and Payables with Foreign associates.
 Deals with Afghan Transit Trade.
 Assist in Import Projects like Telenor, Warid, Nokia, Nortel Networks
