I worked at many departments; such as:
Customer service :-
• Meet and contact with clients to understand their demands regarding their policies.
• Develop the clients' profiles, build and maintain the clients' database.
•Insert and update clients' profiles on the system used (AS 400).
•Develop and maintain an ongoing relationship with good and potential clients.
•Actively involved in business development.
Claims Department :-
•Receive mails and seal them, then sort them according to the doctor or clinic involved.
•Diagnose the patient medical case by using the system (AS 400).
•Finalize the task required and send to be approved.
Underwriting Department :-
•Receive mails from agents and seal them and send them to be approved.
•Build the new policies on the system (AS 400).
•Prepare the policies for the new clients to have it signed and approved.
•Receive money in cash or checks from the couriers.
•Receive and insert all the invoices to the system used (Info Access).
•Follow up with clients to make sure everything has gone well.
•Receive money from the clients who paid directly by themselves.
•Inventory process manually.
•Closing and finalizing all the tasks required effectively through the system used (Info Access).
