Assist Account Director (AD) in BOQ evaluation. Receiving the client requirement then briefing the operations team, following up for progress.
Preparing the sample boards along with providing clients with a selection of materials.
Daily follow up on production progress, and reporting to higher management.  
Management of Purchase and Operations processes related to the project.
Handling submission requirements of local authorities to obtain required approvals and permits.
Conduct daily meetings with the production to understand the running project status.
Assess project risks and provide solutions where applicable on and off site.
Conduct onsite regular meetings to ensure the quality of production and meeting deadlines.
