 Experienced in building/designing CLASS-2/3, drawings and equipments (RADIO/WIRELESS, Mission computer, PCB/Panels etc…) for Pilatus, Airbus, Military Vehicles (T-80-UD, AJBAN 420-440(A), AJBAN ISV/LRSOV) and various other Defense Equipment as per IEE/ISO/BS/IPC standards.
 Responsible for the electrical/mechanical design engineering, tooling, QC, procurement, software test, installation and customer support.
 Active participation in customer audits and internal audits also, work on production concept and capacity planning for new projects during quotation stage.
 Experienced in troubleshooting and testing of harnesses/electronic boards/programming/equipments on MK and other testers.

 Distinguished efforts towards managing overall maintenance activities of various workshop Equipment.
 Testing and commissioning of Electrical Equipments/Machines and repairing of damaged flight entertainment systems.
 Hands on experience in harnessing wires and maintenance of machines used in In-flight entertainment system (IFE) as per AS9100/EASA and familiarity with FAA/PMA & 5s.
 Crimping, Splicing, Striping, Soldering of cables as per Assembly Instructions/Drawings.
 Maintaining files record, Commercial and Technical proposals and order supplies/equipment, drafting of 2D harness drawing using AutoCAD.
 Support program planning from a cost, technical and schedule perspective. Manage conceptual design, trade studies, drawing generation and documentation release, and testing requirements.

 Responsible for implementation and supervision of electrical systems installation, testing and commissioning of main electrical substation equipment such as medium voltages switchgears, capacitor banks, control panel, power transmission, MCC, UPS, battery bank, rectifier, bus duct, and medium voltage generator.
 Siemens PLC interfacing/troubleshooting, Perkins, Guascor and CAT, Cummins diesel & gas generator’s overhauling and maintenance experience.
 Maintenance, troubleshooting of electronic cards, control panels, and welding machines.
 Electrical power distribution & protection system designing and preparation of electrical shop/construction drawings as per specifications and standards of solar system.
 Preparation and calculations of schematic diagrams, load schedules and layouts as per IEE, BS and other standards, detailed calculations of voltage Drop, cable Sizing, breakers coordination, cable routing, earthing, protection calculations.
 Erection of fire alarm, public address, audio visual and other low current systems.
 Preparation of BOQs and material requisitions as per requirement.

 Supervised a team of two electricians responsible for cable pulling, tray installation, high level wiring of lights, small power and lighting, making off circuits in distribution boards at 220KV Grid Station.
 Diagnose malfunctioning systems, equipment, and electrical parts, via using test equipment to identify the cause of breakdown; fix the problems and connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers and other components within designated schedules.
 Examined various installations including Emergency Lights, Alarms and CCTV cameras to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications.
 Programs all electronic relays for tripping requirements and logic for failure to trip
requirements. Maintenance of Electronic cards, Inverters and Electrical Motors.
