Technical lead assisting US engineering teams, UK & EU regional account managers, business operations, business partners and customer support teams for maintaining existing powerwall fleet and deploying new installations.
Provide cross-product technical deep-dive expertise resolving product, configuration, and application issues for the Tesla's Energy products. Coding and testing for changes and fixes, disseminate appropriate information necessary to US engineering teams to correct configuration issues.
