Working at City Walk having multiple facilities which covers Residential, Master Community, Retail, Leisure & Entertainment and a Clinic. I am working with corporate and site leadership of Farnek and Meraas Holding to develop, implement, and communicate sustainability and energy management efforts. This includes working from integrated strategic planning to project management, strategic communication, and training: employee and stakeholder engagement, supply chain, waste, energy, and facilities. Key mile stones achieved so far are,
• Developed and implemented Energy Management, Environmental Management and Utilities Management Plans for City Walk (Retail, Residential, Master Community and L&E).
• Developed and implemented strategies to improve waste diversion rate from 2.6% to 15% in Retail Asset.
• Conducted energy audits for facilities to identify 0.8 Million Kilo Watt Hours energy saving potential with no cost implications
• Developed daily, weekly and monthly reporting dashboard for energy/ utilities for multiple facilities in City Walk.
• Energy Management System (ISO 50001:2011) implementation is in progress to achieve strong sustainable gains, business benefits and recognition amongst peers.

Aga Khan University (www.aku.edu) is the only JCI (Joint Commission International, US) and CAP accredited medical institution in Pakistan to provide best in class medical facilities. Worked with Facilities Management and Utilities Master Planning teams to develop energy management structure and lead FM teams in achieving multi million dollars funded projects at AKU. Notable achievements were;
• Established of Energy Management Portal for community engagement and showcase achievements.
• Developed Facilities Management Staff Health & Safety Handbook.
• Developed feasibility studies, project management plan for AFD (http://www.afd.fr) funded energy projects.
• Implemented Low cost and Operation/ Process Improvement projects to achieve 1.3 Million Gallons of Water and 1.9 Million Kilo Watt Hours of Electricity.
• Implemented Inspection Module for Reliability Centered Maintenance in CMMS.
• Provided technical assistance to AKDN for selection and execution of Solar Electrification Project for 10 Nos. of school at Northern areas (Khaplu, Gulmit, Hunza, Singal - Ghizar, Ghance etc.)
• Implementation of waste heat recovery system to complement 600TR of air conditioning into HVAC system.

A management consulting company involved in energy management system implementation, energy and environmental auditing. Worked as Consultant for energy management and energy auditing, ISO 50001 system implementation, ISO 14001 (EMS) and OHSAS 18001 (HSMS), Environmental Impact studies for clients.
• Energy & Environmental Audits of 30 facilities including commercial buildings, health care and hospitality industry and textile and automation industries in Pakistan.
• Implementation of Energy Management & Information System based on ISO 50001 guidelines in partnership with GIZ (German Technical Corporation).
• Developed course material for Energy Managers Training for GIZ, which conducted by Arch Associates & HIKE Energy Centre in collaboration with SMEDA, GIZ and APTMA.
