As Senior Project Manager, I ensure that the client's requirements are met, the project is completed on time and within budget and that everyone else is doing their job properly. I'm responsible for the planning, management, co-ordination and financial control of IT projects.

My role at Systemetix was to develop a strategy to increase revenue and profit in all areas of the business in accordance with a growth plan. As well as, to develop, forecast and revise business plans; determine where improvements can be made and develop action plans in order to achieve on-going objectives.

Project Management: To oversee the implementation of marketing and promotional activities and monitor their success through line managers. To create and maintain a professional retail image through positive media exposure.

Softmetics is an IT services firm with focus on the development of software and web applications for Government and Semi-Government Companies. I was responsible for sales/business development, channels and alliances establishment, pipeline management activities for Softmetics - Middle East. Brand development, web site traffic growth, web site UI and advertising revenue. Developed brand strategy and statistics systems.

Key Account Management: Co-ordination between the clients and technical team, managing the project’s design & development according to the agreed & preferred solutions, preparation of documents and presentation of progress reports are all part of my job.

I led the biggest domain i.e. IT department & Peoples Media’s performance tested inventory has substantially improved the effectiveness of Best Western's online activity, offering a real alternative to increasingly scary media’s.
