I joined Qatar Petroleum in Aug. 2001 in their new refinery RFCC complex, I assigned with LG/LURGI Consortium EPCO during project construction stage & planning process preparedness (Start up, Operating, Emergency procedures), Inspection of Vessels/columns & generating non-conformities, Pre-commissioning activities & successful product out, Monitor activities for timely, smooth commissioning and subsequent product. I have participated in OTS SAT, DCS SAT and APC SAT.
Employed with Pak Arab Refinery Ltd., 100, 000 BPSD Multan, as a Technologist,
I was actively involved with JGC & Marubini Japan during pre-commissioning and commissioning in process units of CCR Platforming, CCR Section and Naphtha Hydrotreating.
Employed with FFC-Jordan Fertilizer Co. Ltd Karachi as an Ammonia Operator (Panel Operator). FJFC is 1st DAP (1350 MTD) UREA (1670 MTD) complex in Pakistan and Ammonia Unit (1270 MTD), Designed by Bechtel corporation pre-owned plant, relocated from Lake Charles (Olion chemicals) USA. During this period has worked in process unit of “Ammonia” and participated in pre-commissioning, commissioning, Master Start-up Planned /unplanned start-up and shut down activities.
Employed with Pakistan Refinery Ltd., 50, 000 BPSD Karachi as a Refinery Operator. PRL (50, 000 BPSD) is 3rd largest in Pakistan. These units are designed by Kellogg & UOP. During this period has worked in process unite of Crude Distillation, Hydro Desulfurization, Platforming, LPG Sweetening, LPG Recovery & Utility and participated in Annual start-up and shut down activities.
