  • Saudi Arabia - Jeddah
  • October 2010 to March 2011

While undergoing my studies at CBA in Saudi Arabia, I taught English as a second language to children aged between seven and 14 years. Each class consisted of approximately 20 students.

Responsibilities:
- Teaching students.
- Organizing lesson plans and homework.
- Writing exam papers.
- Approving course materials.

Achievements:
- I implemented a new reward system based on positive reinforcement where the class collectively get awarded a star when reaching the required standards of participation and work, when reaching a certain number of starts, they were allowed to bring in snacks and drinks on an agreed day (usually through the revision class before the final exam). This system helped me a great deal in allowing the students in my class to excel over other students at 3C.
