• Restructured the interface management between internal departments and various contractors for efficient coordination of site activities and proactively took decisions for clash resolution of utility structures and access roadways which had considerable positive effects on the schedule.

• Conducted ESH assessments at site, took lead of People Based Safety Program (PBS) & carried out review meetings which resulted in reduction of 'negative ESH observations' to 8.9% on average, which is well below the contractual limit of 20%.
