Identify high profile prospects in the region and turn that into real opportunities.
Engage C-Level management at HQ with high profile prospects & existing customers activities.
Lead on corporate sales activities and guarantee AOP target has achieved .
Contribute to CP strategy and proactively drive its objectives.
Computing region’s sales projections, evolving sales strategies, contributing to critical policies and decisions necessary to attain stated sales KPIs/ figures.
Evaluating and motivating the sales force. Conducting periodic reviews of the team members - aligning/planning individual activities with quarterly and year-end sales objectives.
Align with other business functions leaders to assure cross functional coherence with all aspects of customers’ experiences.
Resolving customer disputes, maintaining excellent client relationships, developing a business portfolio of high value clients.
Monitoring market trends and developing long term relationship with key clients, attending client meetings with individual members of the sales team, providing feedback and closing critical sales deals.
Actively participating in key marketing activities, networking with - present and prospective - clients. Making strategic contributions to product launches, promotions, advertising and high-profile seminars.
Enforce Relationship Model in the region with close monitoring and intervene if necessary its related activities.
Maximizing sales opportunities across prospects & existing clients portfolio, developing strategic partnerships and formulating accounts plans.
Submitting regular reports on performance trends and revised projections vis-a-vis initial targets.
Enforce regional compliance & Regulations in accordance to CCHI and SAMA outlines.
Minimize CP bad debts provision.
Job Role
- Manage and built long term relationship with with a portfolio of assigned customers.
- Meet the annual renewal ratio based on profitable renewal terms.
- set & execute relationship plan to assure customers satisfaction & smooth contracts renewal.
-Building a new client portfolio and retain the existing client base.
-Actively pursue customers as per Bayt’s sales plan objectives through outdoor selling.
-Conducting telemarketing calls to inform the market at large about Bayt, and get new prospects.
-Managing a telemarketer, supervise performance in order to achieve the required 5 qualified meetings every working day.
-Managing a customer care executive and supervise performance in order to guarantee customer delight, proper and repeat usage of the system, to retain and maintain client base.
-Train and motivate the telesales team (telemarketer and customer care executive) and lead them by example, to ensure consistently high productivity.
-Continuously conducting market research on customers’ needs and share it with department heads in order to improve Bayt’s offerings.
-Reporting to the Area Manager on all sales & operational matters.
-Carrying out other sales & operational activities as requested by the management.
