Roles & Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
Manpower budgeting & planning for Rotn & Kerala (corridor projects)
Ensure hiring employee against AOP
Coordinating with all department (Sales, Retail, Customer Service, Finance etc., ) heads to identify the manpower requirement.
Preparation of Job Descriptions for all the positions
Initiating MRF process
Recruit candidates through Employee Referrals, Database, IJP, Portals & Social sites
Conducting preliminary interviews to shortlist from the pool of candidates for the direct discussion
Process the right candidates to the Hiring Managers & ensure collection of Interview Assessment forms.
Collection of required documents from the shortlisted candidates
Negotiating compensation & offering the candidates based on the medical fitness
Ensure business continuation by closing position within TAT
Coordinating with offered candidates & make them join as per the SLA.
Hiring as per the guidelines & salary budget for the positions
Initiating CTC deviation approval process when requires
Daily uploading of candidature in internal software for the future reference.
Maintaining recruitment tracker as per the guidelines
Providing data’s to the corporate as per the requirement daily / weekly basis.
Maintenance of candidate database, interview schedules, offers, shortlisting etc., in excel for the quick reference
Handling exit process as per the HR policy guidelines
Lead a team of 2 members
Onboarding:
Responsible for the onboarding activity
Make them comfortable till they complete the joining process
Briefing new joiners about the company’s organization structure, policies & their entitlements
Process the details for the position code creation to ensure creation of employee code in SAP in that day itself
Introducing to the function heads for the function wise brief explanations.
Prepare & circulation of welcome aboard across Rotn & Kerala
Coordinating with IT & Admin department for the mail ID creation, laptop & accommodation provisions as per the policy.
Employee Relations:
Handling employee grievances & ensure closure of the same with the guidance of Head HR
Helping employee in understanding various HR policies like Medical, LTA, IJP, Employee referral etc
Provide HR support in a daily to the employees as per their requirement
Ensure proper completion of reimbursement process on month basis.
Issuance of Sodexo coupons & tracking the same.
Maintaining employee personal records & database management
Achievement:
Has been maintaining of Minimum 30 joiners every month without fail (both replacements & additional positions)
Responsible to drive HR function based at chennai.
