 Scope consists of civil foundations, manholes, electrical pull pits fabrication, RTR piping fabrication, erection and hydrotest of RTR lines for systems CSW, Fire Water, Drinking water, OWS line under the direct manpower supply to SNAMPROGETTI
 189 Tie-in Packages, more than 3500 joints and 540 hydrotest packages
 Studying tender documents and giving inputs to estimation department for preparing target budget.
 Site surveys and preparing project execution plan, manpower and resource planning, method statements

Project: BACS Riyadh Metro Project (Line-1 and Line-2), KSA
Client: Siemens Arabia Ltd.

 Scope consists of preparing shop drawings, procurement, and installation of REL Emergency Diesel generator exhaust line, cooling water lines, fuel lines and vent lines
 Studying tender documents and preparing BOQ, giving inputs to estimation department for preparing target budget.
 Leading the project from Initiation to shop drawing preparation, procurement, and Construction phase.
 Site surveys and preparing project execution plan, manpower and resource planning, method statement and Diesel generator shop drawings packages
 Focal person for project engineering, planning, and preparing project weekly reports, progress monitoring in real time, resources monitoring etc.
 Monitoring and preparing claim proposals for variation in scope of work, materials, delays, and extension of time.

Project: BI-10-01256-Feul Gas Pipeline at Hawiyah Gas Plant, KSA
Client: SAGPD, COGEN/Renewable Energy Projects Unit, Saudi Aramco

 Leading the project from Initiation to Pre-Commissioning phase.
 Successful completion of project materials and services procurement, piping fabrication, painting, installation, cleaning, hydro testing and layup of 350 meter 14" on-plot piping and 1.5 Km underground 14" pipeline.
 Liaison with Inspection coverage departments; SAGFPIU (Southern area gas facilities project inspection unit, Udhaliyah, Saudi Arabia), PTSD (Pipeline technical services department).
 Civil/Structural works includes pipeline trench, anchor blocks and pipe supports foundations and erected structures.
 Procurement works includes; Preparation of MR(Aramco material requisitions) for valves, piping, FBE coating, anchor bolts, reinforcement bars, structure, pipe fittings and 14" API 600 valves and subsequent IAPs (Inspection Assignment package),
 Hot-tap, Tie-ins and hydro test packages and getting approval from SAGFPIU and PTSD.
 Reviewing and assisting in preparation of site material requests, project technical submittals and related correspondence logs, RFIs, weekly progress reports, weekly progress and quality MOM.
 56" split tee installation and vertical hot tapping activity package preparation for 56" HUG-1, Seg-2 pipeline to connect it with 14" pipeline
 Installation and testing of ICCP(Impressed current Cathodic protection) and Permanent SACP(Sacrificial anode CP) system.

Project: BI-10-00879-BTX Filtration systems in Hawiyah, NGL Plant, KSA
Client: SAGPD, Gas and Abqaiq Plants Projects Unit, Saudi Aramco

 Leading the project from Initiation to Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and successful completion.
 Major works includes: Demolition of asphalt, excavation, laying up filter mat foundations, backfilling and compaction, asphalt roads and concrete paving, erection of ASME pressure vessels (14 meter height, 3.5 meter OD) and structural platforms, supports and process piping installation, conduit works of lights and instruments, instrumentation and KV and ZV installation.
 Working with SAPMT for project planning, site development and purchase specifications of materials
 Responsible for overseeing all project documentation including method statements, technical queries, JSA’s, As-built drawings and material approvals.
 Liaison with clients and subcontractors on regular basis to ensure that project is carried out in accordance with Aramco specifications with due respect to safety, operability and maintainability.
 Tracking of all project activities and dealing with day to day contract and site issues of construction.
 Checking all project drawings and vendor documents for quantity surveying for piping, structure, civil, equipment, painting, scaffolding, insulation, conduits and tubing works.

 DMW air blower’s installation in three Sulfur recovery trains, two in each and associated works of piping, civil, structure, electrical wiring, instrumentation and DCS/ESD.
 Installation of ERI technology generators and turbines in GT Area.
 Presenting the weekly project progress to Aramco PSU.
